You can get one out the door for well under $100,000. I checked a lot of option boxes (including $7000 for ordering a BMW individual interior color) on a 750i and got about $102,000 MSRP. This is pretty much right there with the various S-Class models. And considering an E38 740iL stickered around 72,000 in 2001, it's not that dramatic a price increase.
