Presumably, the vehicular compound in powdercoat paint will permanently adhere itself to the interior surfaces of the oven it's used in, making food chemically dangerous to ingest. May not be able to see it, doesn't mean it's not there ;-)

Hopefully David will still have a couple left when I'm financially able to buy one, a really great deal!!
