It could be the blower motor resistor located on the passenger side under the left side of the dash, left center console. get a picture. to see what it looks like. they are around 77 dollars online. dealer 135.00. if that doesn't work. it could be the blower motor itself. if this is the case the dashboard has to be removed to replace the motor. I'm about to replace my blower motor myself. get pro sdvice first. You have to disconnect the negative lead to the battery first because of the airbags. dealer will cost 800 +.00 in labor and 240 for the motor. the motor is 135. on line. you need specific tools also. torx tools and metric sockets etc. good luck to you. hope i gave some insight.
