All in all this looks pretty simple but before I order parts I'd like to confirm some things. I have a 2000 540i with prewiring and DSP, no NAV.

I know i'll need to order the latest TCU, bt antenna, ses jumper plug, and upgraded mic.

I'll need to use Navcoder to enable the voice recognition in the TCU.

The major sticking point is I am not sure about the 25pin harness adapter. Does any one know a current place to get just the harness adapter premade? Would these instructions do the trick? http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=255282

Am I missing anything else? Thanks to everyone who has contributed to making all of this possible.
