Please offer any opinion or advice on the below describe problem.

Fuel Pumps do not operate when key activated. Tried fused jumper but no luck so relay not issue. Not getting power to Socket 30 on Main and Fuel Pump Relay Socket. The lights, wipers and horn all function so power is getting to panel. Fuel Pumps operate when battery power applied to Terminal 87.

The red 4mm wire from the battery to the Fuse-Relay Panel is OK. This wire connects with 2 other red wires to the a bottom of the Fuse-Relay Panel via the Hex Socket bolt in the panel. I get power at this junction. This red wire splits to other fuses and/or relays that power equipment that does operate and the other exits the rear of the panel in a wiring harness that enters the firewall above the Motronic.

There is no wiring connecting to Socket 30 on the main or fuel pump relays directly from the panel. The wiring connecting to the main or fuel pump relays Socket 30 are from the engine wiring harness from the Motronic. The Bentley shows a connection from the battery and does not show the Motronic in the circuit. The ETM does not show a battery connection to Socket 30 but does state it is always hot.

I am lost a do not what to check next.
